Gainesville Elementary School

Preschool - 6th Grade

First Grade Field Trip

What's the best way to spend Halloween?  What about a trip to the pumpkin patch?  That's just what the Gainesville first graders did on Ocotber 31.  They traveled to Forsyth for a trip to the pumpkin patch.  The day started off with a chill in the air bu the temperature and sunshine ended just right for a day in the country.  While at the pumpkin patch the students were able to enjoy a hay ride, jumped on a giant air pillow, played on and in the hay bale maze, climbed on the hay tower, traveled through the milo maze and played in the barns.  Then to top the trip off each student was able to go home with a small pumpkin.  FUN! FUN! FUN!
